Carefully described so you know it will be right
I looked unsuccessfully for a quite while to find a unit to fit my specifications - there are many options of power output and plug size on the market. Most pages had some matching parameters, but not all - relying on guesswork. The listing for this item though was clear and descriptive, so I knew it would fit and work well with my computer monitor.

Pro oven tray second hand
This must be what the professionals use. Our teflon, non-stick trays have worn out, but they never performed like this. It resists stickiness and is super easy to clean.

Good for finding a new home
The scale of the maps make it useful for context when searching for a new home.
We the roads we liked/disliked or weren't sure of as we drove through the area. Being a colourless map, with close detail, we were able to highlight and colour-code.
This is something that one couldn't do with an OS map or conventional road map.
