Great for improving Metcalf kits
I have used these before and they are excellent for improving Metcalf card kits. They are just big enough for Metcalf oo gauge houses and shops and the only improvement would be to make a larger version so that joins would not be required on larger kits.

Looks good with attention to detail and cab light.
Ran really well straight out of box. I then ran it in for 30 mins in each direction as recommended and it would appear to now be running even smoother. I run on DC and have dead frog points but the 03 runs across them without hesitation. Picks up from all 6 wheels which always helps. On the down side there are three small faults; the shape of the chimney, deep-set radiator grill and thick cab handrails. However these are very minor faults and overall the model is excellent.
