  packageing was not damaged but top of tin was partially off allowing contents to come out. lid was a tight fit into tin so it appears it was packed as we found it.

  If that was the case you should have contacted me and I would have refunded straight away. The tin was brand new and unopened when it was sent out so probably damaged by courier. Leaving negative review without contacting the seller and giving the chance to refund is not fair and damages 100% positive review status which has an impact on further sales.
