  I’m not sure why this seller says his price or “best offer.” I put in an offer very close to his asking price ($5 off) and he declined; he didn’t even counter my offer. If he just wanted his asking price, why does he have “best offer” on his listings? Otherwise, purchase went smoothly. Shipping took the entire time of the estimate. Item was packaged well and as described in his listing.
