  seller sold a damaged item, had me jump through hoops to prove it was, sent it to canon to confirm, instead of doing the right thing seller wanted me to pay full price for a damaged item then pay half of the repair costs as well, returned the item to the seller then seller never issued a refund had to go through eBay just to get my money back, seller blew a perfect record, when all he had to do was the right thing.

  Liar^. The item shipped out to buyer was in 100% perfect condition. Once I accepted the return, he took the liberty of shipping my lens to Canon to get it checked for repair, shipping my lens out to a third party before back to me. When I received the lens back, the lens was in 100% perfect condition, just as I sent. Not sure why the buyer went through all this trouble, but hassled me for months. He even had the nerve to ask me to pay for the repair 3x the price Canon quoted him.
