  The item was shipped in a package with only minimal protection, wrapped in sturdy paper. As a result, it arrived completely destroyed and unusable. Not only were the glasses broken, but the clockwork mechanism was also completely dismantled. 100% total loss. Photos exist... Unfortunately, we have to dispose of this beautiful piece.
