Good movie for a nice price!
I bought this DVD because I only caught part of the movie years ago on TV and I wanted to see the entire film. I was initially drawn to what a stunningly beautiful woman Christy Romano is. What I liked about the movie is that Christy plays an athlete who comes back from a serious injury through sheer will and determination to get herself into contention for a gold medal. On the way, she gets into a complicated push-pull relationship with her skating partner. I consider it a pretty solid film and found myself drawn into the culture of these athletes. The playback on the disc itself was just fine. No complaints.
