Solid piece of equipment for canning but expected more substantial bottom grate/separator
looks like what I ordered and it's solid large pressure canner that can do about 40 lbs of meat in one batch.
the one irritation is that I didn't expect the type of grates in it. I expected to get a solid aluminum separator. the regular chrome grates don't match up with the heavy duty quality of the rest of the unit. that part is pretty disappointing.
I suppose it will be more to pay for that accessory. Everything is downgraded in quality nowadays even the premium stuff. Just annoying as hell especially when you pay almost 800 for a pressure canner you'd think the separators would be as rock solid as the rest of the unit
