Very good
Looks and feels very good and has certainly made a difference to the gear change although 1st to 2nd is never going to be perfect in a z3!
Overall it has improved the pleasure of driving my z3

Works fine
Arrived quickly and has fixed my heater blower which was originally only working on position 4.
Possibly some fitting instructions would be useful although I found some useful guidance on the internet
