The seller dismantled it to get it out of his house, put it back together to demonstrate to me, and then dismantled it and helped me get it into my van. I’m very pleased with this item. You say you hadn't received the item yet you did not contact me at any point to let me know? The first thing anyone would do in that situation is message the seller. Nor did you open a dispute? The oddest part is about the 3 emails from DPD changing delivery dates, it was sent with Royal Mail not DPD so DPD would not have contacted you? Regarding 'unprofessional' I am not a business seller, clear on my profile. Very strange feedback.

Hycote caliper paint
Excellent product, I use this to paint my clients vehicle calipers, once 2k lacquer goes over the top the finish is superb.
