Oldie but Goodie
An old analog meter but still used as a reference standard in many Cal Labs due to the accessibility of the Vrf and Vcomp signals.
Affordable, a complete system costs less that just the sensor for the HP-435 series of meters.

Meter review
Seems to be ok. Agrees to 5-percent with lab meter. Mounting in cutout in panel is a bit funky, ended up gluing it in place with RTV to make it stable. Needs 0.090 thick panel to be steady. Don't try to extend sense leads, you're dealing in milliohms here.
