Good, but not great....
0 von 1 finden das hilfreich Russ Freeman's band, the Rippingtons, used to have 6 or 7 guys guys sometimes more. Now Freeman is doing most of it himself by dubbing and programming. He's turned it into a one man band with himself playing several of the instruments, and writing most of the music himself. While I admire his talents, it does not live up to the Rippingtons that I loved before. Some of the cuts on the new album sound very familiar like songs from the past, but the hard driving beat isn't there anymore. I really wish he would re-form the band with the original musicians....
