What I expected

Great condition
This was obviously looked after, just a few very light superficial scratches on the outer case, other than that it is spotless. Such a step up from my original 3ds.

Very good
Needs a C Stick or Pro Stick for your right thumb. ONLY PLAYS ON NEW 3DS, not the older models. I didn’t know games were only playable on the “New” 3DS.
