Poor product with many bugs.
I had problems loading the software. it took several attempts. I then entered my name and all the basic information. The software would not allow me to proceed. I had to create a new return and enter all my financial data first and go back to enter my name etc. There were many bugs in the software and several areas where I had to override entries that did not carry through to the actual forms. The software is very expensive so it was very disappointing and frustrating.
