It was an extremely heavy item to ship and the box as well as the bottom feet of the product were damaged in shipping. Would suggest seller package with bubble wrap but because this is used for decor and the feet don’t show I’m not holding it against the seller.

The labels looked like they were put on at home and fell off upon arrival. The soft gels in both bottles were melted together into one massive ball. We could not even get them out of the bottle. It is mid November in the Northeast so there was no reason for them to have melted. Also, the labels were for a different product than ordered so we are not even sure what we received. Communication is poor. Ebay refunded me
