  Item Title stated: "super nintendo Super NES controller Set Complete In Box (perfect Condition)", Description stated: "Perfect condition very collectible (control set) complete in box SNES console". Item box arrived with a large number of dents/dings. Console has black marks on the bottom, even going through the serial number. One of the two controller is broken (start button not working). Seller through eBay messages is telling me he is out of state on vacation for over a week. See pictures.
