Great underrated and overlooked retro console.
6 von 6 finden das hilfreich The Turbografx 16 has an 8-bit main processor and a 16-bit graphics processor. This gives the Turbografx 16 games a distinctive look and feel. Think somewhere between NES and SNES. Sidescrolling platforming games are bright and colorful, and the system excels in the shooter genre. Games like Blazing Lazers look and play wonderfully, and with the 16-bit graphics processor, there is none of the classis NES "slowdown" when there are a lot of sprites on the screen. The controller also has built in adjustable turbo, which is actually required at different times in certain games. A great hidden gem of a classic console.

More comfortable redesign of the classic controller.

Con: Cord is roughly half the length of the classic controller. So you'll have to keep your NES close.
