Safe and Quick Fragrance Warmer
Candle Warmers electrical plate is the safest, least expensive, and simplest way to heat wax melts and heat essential oils in my opinion. It heats up fast to release fragrance. There is an on/off switch on the cord and a red light on the base to indicate when it is "on". I have had no problems with it.
Place the wax melt or essential oil in a deep enough metal, glass, Pyrex glass, or ceramic container before putting on the warmer. Plastic containers can leak onto the warmer and you may be stuck with a fragrance you dislike - which happened to my previous candle warmer -- hence I bought this replacement. Don't put a candle directly on the warmer unless it is in a jar. (Some people have, surprisingly, done that and wondered why it melted all over the warmer!!!)
This is my favorite way to add fragrance to a room. For comparison, I have a water vapor ultrasonic diffuser, and a fragrance warmer that uses wax tealight flames, but prefer the electric candle warmer for efficiency, safety (no flame), less mess, and projection of fragrance. Takes up less space too. I may find a better method later--but for now this is working perfectly and is the one I use most often.

MS Office 2003 Review
This MS Office 2003 CD was an excellent value for my old 2003 Windows XP laptop. It saved me after a computer problem. It was easy and quick to install, the product key work. The activation also worked by phone and messaging which got rid of the banner screen counting down how many uses remained. I now have full use of MS Word and MS Excel and can read my old files. Gotta love that old tech.
