Power requirements for bug zapper.
It works good. The company flowtron should post the power consumption. I had an application where I had to power it remotely via solar and battery. They only state the wattage of the bulb in each model. In the 15 watt bulb model it has a theoretical Max load of .35 amps at 120v. Or 42watts max. Very important information if your sizing a power island. But nowhere is that stated in any of the listings for the various sized models of this big zapper's. A simple, but big hole in the information. I could only get this information off the unit after I purchased one. I only have the power requirements for the small one it's the only one that I purchased.
