feathered witch hat

Doesn't look like the photo used on the listing. Feathers were short, bent and crushed, not the nice plumage in the photo. Veil was much shorter than pictured. Hat was shipped flat, which damaged the feathers, and made the pointy part creased and askew. Hat was generally ok for a Halloween costume, but I had to go to craft store for long feathers for the front, and a beaded hatband to cover up bottom of feathers, so I spent another $20 to make it look more like the photo.
