Best in Class
Last of five enclosures I've bought and this is by far the best of the lot.
Caveat: I bought one with two short cables between the faceplate and the drive. That did NOT work. Cables not nearly flexible enough, destroyed the pins on the drive.
This one, and others, has a direct plugin connection between the faceplate and the drive, which works nicely. A clean, attractive package at a very good price.

Flexcut Knife Set
2 von 2 finden das hilfreich Arrived promptly/ Knives sharp, needed only a few strokes with the supplied compound on a rough leather strop. Handles well shaped and comfortable. RC61 hardness ensures knives will stay sharp with only occasional stropping. Ordered the micro palm set to complement the knives and mid size chisels I already have as I only intend to work on carvings I can hold in my lap.

Another good product
1 von 1 finden das hilfreich This one has a simple metal shell with screws to hold the HD in place. Also has a direct plugin between the faceplate and the drive. External power supply AC/DC converter is much clumsier than the Protronix, which has the AC/DC converter integral with the AC plug. Good product, but not nearly as good as the Protronix.
