  Had to chase seller to actually post my item and now it’s arrived not as described as zip tags missing and seller is accusing me of removing the zip tags that he stated in his listing were all intact, yet two days ago he admitted he hadn’t noticed and would I could return at my own expense for a partial refund. He admitted one was a keyring splitting with a piece of leather attached he thought it was crumpler, it is not. Slow to respond to messages too.

  Due to a family incident, the delay occured, however I openly explained, kept you informed and was apologetic and you accepted and showed sympathy. The item was EXACTLY as described and after raising issue with eBay, the way you agressively accused me of inaccurate information, they wholeheartedly agreed that the images and description were completely accurate. It's clear that you are running a business on Ebay with the number of feedback you have, so its clear you were looking for a freebie.
