Would not order again.
Whatever adhesive is used to make them stick is not that great. Also, for some reason within 2 weeks of putting them on the cabinet doors they seem to be a little sticky. I was extremely careful in preparing the surface for these little guys. So I know preparation was not an issue.

If you don't mind overpriced products this is a good deal.
Nice getting $100 card for $80 BUT Kansas City Steak products are pretty pricey. Even though I saved $20 I wouldn't go this route again.

Short-lived relief, but still good value
I’ve used these for over a year. I use them for muscle pain/discomfort. They have a strong adhesive and be careful when using close to hairline on neck. They are effective for a short time - maybe 1/2 hour at the most. Sometimes it’s enough to take the edge off. Good value for the cost so I’ll continue to order them. This last purchase was the second time I bought them in bulk.
