it is a cable
it's a cable , it works , quality is good , connections are good ,nothing special

Working well ... BUT
Bought 2x. Both are working well. Will use them for my DIY lamp. The LED driver sticker says 1500mA (50W) but it outputs only 1050mA (30W) to the supposedly 50W LED. Then the DRIVER or the PSU emits noise into the power-line, try it with a FM radio on the same socket or line. You'll hear. What bothers me is the PSU real output ,which is different from declared.
