Springs too weak

This balancer may work for very small wheels, but my 16", 17", & 18" wheels bottom out and I am not able to balance my wheels. I believe it would work if the four springs were heavier. I may try to find stronger springs that will support the weight of my wheels and replace the poor ones that came on this bubble balancer. It is a long way from the quality of the ones I used back in the 1960s.

I have hope it will work well if it is needed

Looks Good and hope it is fully functional. I only have this control board for a spare part as my 15 year old GE refrigerator is still in good shape. I had problem with unit not cooling. I replaced the condenser fan and cleaned coils and it has worked well sense. I plan to replace other parts anyway just because of the age as I plan to keep it instead of replacing it with a new one costing $1800 to $2200 for similar refrigerator.
