A bit tricky to load the windows disc, but otherwise it rates as excellent and good value.
This is a fantastic photo-editor, but only if you have a tutorial to go with it. Check out the help videos on YouTube).
It will take some trial and error to be able to use the many features. Buy this only if you have some prior experience with editing and are willing to put spend time learning how to use Photoshop Elements 12. You will be gratified and use it for many years.
