  The seller messaged me to say that the battery had been dispatched and the item arrived nicely packed and in "as new" condition as advertised. I fitted it in the laptop which I then provided with mains power and booted it. It showed that the battery was discharged but it is charging OK. It has so far got to 45% charged with full charge shown to be just under an hour ahead. I am happy with the product and the seller.
