Maintain your strength
This product has been used in my community for several years. People from sixties to upper nineties have been doing these exercises. The stretch portion is very relaxing. The strength, weights, and balance portion helps us maintain and increase our health.

Be stronger, relax better, you can do it!
I thought this would be too hard but every time I do it I get better. I believe it has helped me relax and rest better.
