Very Happy
It does exactly what it is supposed to do, it is very quiet and keeps temperatures down to good levels, and the lights look good to,

unit shipped with the wrong remote control. not happy.
the bluray player was delivered with the wrong remote control, so I looked up the panasonic site and worked out the correct one and had to purchase the proper one, and the bluray player works perfectly. It would have been nice if the unit had been shipped with the right remote control a bit upset that I had to add extra cost to the purchase of the unit. $78.00 to be exact.

Big improvement over the original
Very good unit a lot faster than the original unit Telstra sent, so I am very happy with it.
