    Grip shift replacement
    My kid found it difficult to change gears with an existing 7speed grip shift. So changed it to this one and he is a happy camper :). Downshifting is way easier now.

    A bit unreliable
    Needs at least 130w dell power supply, randomly keeps disconnecting sometimes video sometimes usb and sometimes wouldn’t charge laptop. A bit unreliable, note I do use it with a Lenovo laptop which comes with 65w power supply. Every so often the hub needs a restart, by unplugging usbc and power plug. Then plug the power in, wait a minute and then plug in USBc connector to laptop. Newer small round dell hub is much more stable.

    Highly recommended!
    Great phone, very user friendly. Free gps (voice) navigation for any country, maps, voice recognition, social networking xbox live etc.... Easily incorporates into corporate email/calendar. Takes good photos if you tap on the screen to trigger camera. Pressing camera button makes picture a bit blury. One downside, it is a bit battery hungry, but all new smartphones are.
