Excellent French Album
I discovered a track from this album on Wim Wenders' film "Pina" (named for Pina Bausch, the German modern-dance pioneer.) The track on that soundtrack is the title track on this album and it's a meditative piece with a wandering piano melody, slightly haunting. That track sets the mood for the whole album, and there's a pleasing variety to the song selection. I've been listening to this album repeatedly and it just seems to reveal more texture and depth the more I listen. Highly recommended.

I bought this for the iconic cover collaboration between Wood and Stevens admittedly, but the interior stories written and drawn by Wood are fun, full of fantasy, sci-fi and a touch of exploitation… and in full color!
