Simple and tasty dishes.
I like the book as the meals are quick and tasty. It's easy to follow and the ingredients are not expensive. For someone that doesn't really enjoy cooking this is a book which makes preparing meals less of a chore.

A gentle easy to apply formula.
I use it to touch up my roots, so I have a darker root with light hair. I tend to leave it in and just wipe it off so it stays longer. Washes out quickly but it's useful for my needs.
