Good read - lots of non-personal information as well
As a former Vietnam helicopter pilot, I thoroughly enjoyed this book - not just the author's personal story, but also the excellent description of how the Army was organized during the period but the excellent short history of Vietnam and we got involved. At this point I'll withhold my personal feeling about the war and hope you enjoy the book. I know I did.

Definately not by Aladdin
I like it that these mugs will fit in the cup holders in my car. But right away I noticed that the holes in the top were not large enough for a standard straw. Had to drill out the holes so we can use a straw. On one top the vent hole was not all the way through so also had to open this hole as well. Actually these could have been a very nice mug, but poor quality control on the tops was a real bummer.

The Cobra is different from other helicopters
This is an excellent read if you have ever flown helicopters but never flew the Cobra- it is a different animal. Even if you never flew helicopters but like good first-person war stories, you will enjoy this book. For me, it was a return to a different time in my life.
