The seller refused to refund one, claimed once I paid for the items they had no control. This is FALSE and DISHONEST...I wont do business with them again. I even bought 4-5 items from them over the past few weeks. Looking at their feedback after the fact it looks like they have done this to others. Short sighted poor business practice would have made more money working with your customer in the long run.
