A modern day classic...
As a long time fan of Radiohead and Thom Yorke's solo work I already owned this album on CD, however it's worth getting a copy on vinyl if you can for the enhanced listening experience and white vinyl just makes it even better!

Cooper Temple Clause - See This Through And Leave
1 von 1 finden das hilfreich this 2002 offering from TCTC is a classic album that has sadly been overshadowed by many of 'here today, gone tomorrow' indie bands that were looking for chart stardoom.
When first asked to descibe this first album I would say 'Oasis with balls', they have a much meatier sound with more turbulent guitar but there is a hint of the Oasis sound in there - particularly in 'Who needs enemies'. They have very much their own sound on most tracks with the 'slow, fast, slow' approach to miost tracks that worked so well for the Pixies, Nirvana and a host of other later indie bands. If you havent got 'See this Through' aready I would say buy it and the second album (by far the best) and the new third album which is still growing on me!
Personally I love it and can't get enough of them
