Poor quality design, poor quality functionality, very inadequate manufacturer information backup.

This clock radio is not well designed. It is not very functional thus it is not user friendly. A clock radio with an alarm set up should have buttons that are large enough for most people to use, not small with multiple functions to each button. If you are looking online for instructions for this model, good luck ... The SANSAI website did not even provide any instruction information. the functionality was not designed by engineers who considered why a person would likely require a clock radio with a alarm. It is not evident how you can turn a alarm setting off. Turning off a sounding alarm instead of merely operating the snooze button is not easy nor reliable. How you could design what is meant to be a functional button that is smaller than most finger tips is illogical. After using this clock radio i see very few if any redeeming features. I could not imagine this product would be so useless on a functionality level as this turned out to be.
