Does the job
The power supply works and even though it doesn't come with an instruction manual, it was easy to work out.

Poorly machined
This set of drivers is very affordable. Most of the security torx drivers have the centre post hole machined quite a long way off centre. However, most of the other drivers are made to standard, so if they're the bits you're wanting it may be a good buy.
