RATE AND REVIEW GENUINE MOUNTFIELD 118550699/0 RS100 CARBURETTOR GASKET SET 9/6
Engine was running erratically so fitted new gasket set just in case ... as well as cleaning all jets with carb spray. Result ... normal operation was resumed.
Stripdown took about 10 minutes once necessary tools were assembled: 10mm spanner and some fine nose pliers. No problem.

Cheap and cheerful: you get what you pay for.
I bought this cheap and cheerful radio to replace a failing radio in the garage. I should have known better for an analogue radio as it is difficult to tune on FM ... all I bought it for. The wire aerial helps and I can see situations where it is perfectly OK if you are happy with not hi-fi sound, as I am in the garage. But the hisses and slight tuning drift are annoying and make it difficult to find the station. And the tuning indicator is all but invisible. I ended up shining a torch at the frequency scale to see where it was.. But it is my fault, not the radio. I should have bought a digital one.
