Good copy

The owners manual was a copy of a used manual. Overall in good condition, but with a few smudges from the original.

Cheap in price and quality.

The motor speed display did not work (still doesn't). The run-out (accuracy) of the spindle and chuck is below par (.004"). It should be less than .001". The workmanship was poor-many parts needed to be deburred, milled flat, or otherwise repaired. It has a hard time turning steel-a lot of chattering and vibration. If I had my druthers, I would have waited and bought a used American-made lathe for about the same price or a little more.
