  Item arrived late and description was a bit misleading. It says “new in box” but was clearly not new as the box was taped shut. All that considered- I still wouldn’t have minded, but the item is broken, does not work with batteries. Seller stated it worked before shipping but arrived not operational and will not refund.

  Ad is a bit misleading it’s not new in box it was clearly opened and retaped the box is not damaged from storage …the box has been opened and retaped . and not all the twist ties were there only 2 instead of 3 it’s clearly been opened and taken out and put back again. Also bottom of one white foot was dirty . It works . but reeks of cigarette smoke .
