Needs adjustment...

I assembled it into Techt polycarbonate EZ view housing and the rotation motion was very choppy and rigid. I ended up sanding the two stage bends of the ratchet area into graduated curves and then polishing them. The mechanical motion is much smoother now and functions well, though the stainless is a little soft, as it mars from the tension clip falling to the next catch area. Otherwise it is a massive improvement over the plastic and aluminum versions.
