Very unprofessional seller. I buy a lot on eBay and this seller is a poor representative of an online seller. Seller owed me a full refund and I had to open a case with eBay to be fully compensated. All seller needed to do was fulfill their responsibility as seller and stand behind their service which they failed to do. I would not recommend this seller until they learn the proper way to conduct business. Very disappointed in seller's handling of this transaction.

All very good, except as it was described as "tie down model" I expected tapes. Had to find my own.

Not at all what it was described as, and faulty
Not in original packaging, as stated. Printer says it is not real HP produc. One colour dies not fit into the printer at all.
