  Hi, my apologies for the incorrect postage having been paid - this has been disputed with Royal Mail who confirmed the error on their part as the package did meet the specifics for the postage value paid.Too little too late I guess.I trust you are enjoying the item.I am not enjoying the 'neutral' rating and would kindly ask that you revise this should you see fit to do so, given that it is RM being the purportrator of the 'issue', the 'neutral' feels a little unfair.
