New to Elder Berries

I write this to let you know I purchased this product to make Elderberry Tincture. A friend of mine recommended this recipe to me. She said by taking this daily, she did not suffer from a cold or a flu all of last year. Therefore, I am making this, as I write this--well it is made, but it has to cure for about 6-8 weeks. So in November, I will begin the daily regime. I do not get colds or flu often and if this can eliminate them, then I will be purchasing more. See Pinterest for the recipe. I gave every talking point above a 5 star rating with the thought I will be well!
