  Shipping was fast but I doubt it was really "tested functional". the internal 1.5 volt battery was so badly corroded the battery holder came apart when I removed the back case. The connection from the test lead cable jack was broken and the meter face has a minor crack that doesn't show in the photos. This could have happened in shipping. Fortunately I had the necessary parts and I was able to easily repair it. Elsewise it looks pretty good.
