Worked great for a bit

After that I would get occasional (roughly one week apart) issues where my phone would turn off ant not turn on again until I put the phone on the charger. Then, a few days ago, my phone turned off and would not turn on no matter what. I took the phone apart and it seems that the cable connecting the battery to the phone was torn and barely making a connection. I took the phone apart to get a batter look and when I removed the battery, the cable tore completely. I am sure this must be a defect because I was very careful to install this battery carefully and correctly.
