  Seller is slow to answer and slow to ship. Was informed the series was missing episodes after purchasing it, and was offered 1/2 refund if I still wanted it, or a full refund if I didn't, which I thought was fair. I opted for the 1/2 refund option. That was on December 2nd. After my 2nd inquiry on December 12th, I was told the refund is in process. Today is December 18th, and still no refund. I feel I have been more than patient with the entire situation.
