Exactly as described.
The box arrived several days before the delivery range and the product was in mint condition. Great price considering that the same item generally costs more in Germany because of their extreme sales tax at 19%.

Nice HO church for German village for Era II, III, IV; a bit smaller than expected
I would have given 5-stars for this model, but a few of the pieces did not fit together as well as other models from Faller and Noch. Still, it is an attractive addition to any German layout. I had some difficulty with the black-out cut-outs for the inside lighting.
