  have open case right now with ebay they asked seller to contact us have not got item been 3 weeks tried contacting seller will not answer even after ebay has contacted her no tracking number keeps changing shipping method and receive date will never buy from her again read bad comments about her before purchase should have gone with instinct

  The seller is very friendly ,understanding and helpful and fast to respond. I will definitely order again from this seller again. I did receive my order but unfortunately it got damaged during the shipping process. The box was smashed and ripped up. This was out of the hands of the seller, so not there fault at all.

  Unfortunately I have to leave negative feedback in this case. I waited almost two weeks for the item to ship before contacting the seller and then spent the next week sending various messages without getting a single reply. eBay eventually had to refund me because she never replied to me or them. I can only assume she’s no longer actively on eBay so I wouldn’t bother purchasing.

  Unfortunately, the item was never received. Tracking showed that a label was created, but USPS never got the package. I've never left negative feedback before. I had to contact ebay to get a refund after the package still hadn't arrived well past the estimated delivery date.

  The doll was in great condition, with only two small stains from over the years. Gently wrapped in paper for transport, nice and well secured. Far better condition than I was expecting. She was the perfect Christmas present, my mother was speechless and could only smile. I am very happy with Raggedy Ann and would easily recommend this seller to anyone looking for a lovely vintage gift or new addition to their collection.
