The only negative has nothing to do with the actual item, it’s that I now had to buy a region-free dvd player in which to play the DVD’s not already included in the box set. It is because of the Chris and Martin that I began my lifelong love of all the creatures we share our world with, and it is amazing to now own basically the entire show !

Awesome, Fun And Educational For Kids Of All Ages
5 von 5 finden das hilfreich I was looking for some educational DVDs about animals, since my child had expressed interest in learning facts various animals. This DVD set presents a lot of great information about animals in a fun, entertaining and interesting way. My child begs to watch certain shows over and over again. (I will wait until she is older to let her watch the show on lions and wild dogs; however, because of violent animal behavior toward other animals.) You will really enjoy this DVD set. The Kratt brothers demonstrate their thorough knowledge of animals as they set out on each adventure to live like the animal they are presenting. This perspective brings the education and information on each creature to life, as it helps us relate to the lives of each animal with compassion. You will not be disappointed; this is a high quality production by National Geographic. I highly recommend the Be The Creature DVD set.

Entertaining and Informative; Amazing Footage
3 von 3 finden das hilfreich I was looking for some educational DVDs about the weather, since my child had expressed a lot of interest in learning facts the weather. This DVD is entertaining and educational, a high quality production put out by National Geographic. My child and I learned a lot of great information about the earth and how earthquakes, volcanoes and tornados occur. The footage is especially detailed because this was originally filmed for IMAX theatres and the camera used was a massive one with large film. This camera created much clearer images of volcano eruption and tornado footage than I had seen previously. I highly recommend the Forces of Nature DVD for you and children of all ages.
